PrimeCall Dialer - Privacy Policy

Effective September 15, 2026. Applies to the "PrimeCall Dialer" Chrome extension published by PrimeCall Communications.

What the extension does

PrimeCall Dialer places phone calls through the user's own PrimeCall hosted-PBX account from web pages: it makes phone numbers clickable, handles tel: links and offers a toolbar dialer.

Information the extension handles

• Sign-in details. Your PrimeCall phone username, password and, if enabled, your authenticator (MFA) code are sent to PrimeCall's sign-in service, which forwards them to the PrimeCall voice platform to obtain an access token. The password and MFA code are not stored by the extension or by the sign-in service. During a multi-factor sign-in the password is held in the browser's session memory only until the code is verified.
• Session tokens. The access and refresh tokens returned by the voice platform are stored in your browser's extension storage so you stay signed in. They are removed when you sign out.
• Phone numbers you dial. A number is sent to the voice platform only when you choose to call it. The extension keeps a short list of recent calls in your browser for redialing; you can clear it at any time.
• Settings. Preferences such as your default caller ID and the list of sites where numbers become clickable are stored in your browser (some via Chrome sync).

Web page content

To make numbers clickable, the extension scans the visible text of web pages for phone-number patterns. This happens entirely inside your browser. No page content, browsing history or other data is read, stored or transmitted anywhere.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties.
• We do not use any data for advertising, analytics or profiling.
• We do not collect data unrelated to placing calls.

Services involved

Data is exchanged only with PrimeCall's own servers (quoter.primecall.com, sign-in broker) and the PrimeCall voice platform hosting your phone service (login.primecall.com). Both are operated for PrimeCall Communications.

Your choices

Sign out from the toolbar popup to remove your session tokens. Uninstalling the extension removes all locally stored data. You can limit clickable numbers to specific sites in the extension's Options.
